So after talking with Shannon, I decided I needed to place a call a little higher up the ladder.  I was able to track down Ruth Bramson.  If the CEO can't help me get Chocolate Chip Cookies added (and my awesome Popeye's Chicken & Biscuit Cookie) than nobody can!  She even is sending me some Thanks-A-Lot cookies just because she likes me and feels my pain.  I really hope I get invited to the big cookie meeting next year so I can plead my case!
